How do I have to pack the items?

You must pack the item with the original anti-static or ESD packaging within the original box without any external accessories (e.g. acrylic enclosure, WiFi, microSD, etc.).
If you are not in possession of any of those packaging items, please notify the agent in the ticket system before any further action.
Here an example:
UDOO Team reserves the right not to accept returned goods which are not packaged as per the above
procedure; UDOO Team will not repair these products and return them to the Customer, who will be billed the shipping charges.
